CRM Summer Cocktail - 27.07.2019

On June 27, a long-awaited meeting of the CRM World Club titled CRM Summer Cocktail was held.

Market experts from IQOS, IKEA and Rendez-Vous companies first appeared on the symbolic stage of the Art Space gallery. The solid IQOS team shared their secrets of successful referral marketing and tips of mobile communications use in a “non-standard” business. Daria Lebedinskaya, a Rendez-Vous Brand Customer Relationship Manager, presented a case study on retaining customers in increasingly competitive environments. Then the floor was given to Yuliya Avtonomova, a Loyalty Program Manager of one of the warmest IKEA Family brands, who presented the IKEA brand's expert vision “How Do Direct Communications Increase Customer Involvement”.

The speech of a special guest whose name was highly classified and available only to present guests culminated the session part of the meeting. He made presentation of a case study on how Apple improves the user experience through mobile communications.

The meeting was ended by the club ambasador, Marketing Director at Devino Telecom, Maria Tikhomirova, who shared the club news with the guests and presented a demo of a single space for all existing participants through a new rebrand concept.

The weather conditions and storm warning didn't stop the guests who still sought to get to the summer party, and as a result, the CRM Summer Cocktail gathered more participants than planned. More than 30 new brands joined the club meeting that evening. The representatives of Tinkoff Bank, Gazprom Bank, KIIVBank (Conscience), Faberlic, OK, NSPK, Qlean, CROCUS, Chocolate Girl and other brands took the first advantage for informal communication by more than 70 professionals and friends of CRM World Club.

The participants gave their particular attention to the excellent cellist who welcomed the guests with amazing live music and the magnificent music band Barua that filled Art Space with sounds of soul and rhythm and blues. 

Author’s cocktails, fresh coffee in coconuts from real Ferrari and, of course, a delicious gastronomic dinner incorporated the meeting.
