Seminar «Mobile Marketing- Collection and Activation of a Subscriber Base»
Head of the Mobile Marketing School, Sergey Menshikov, talked about the benefits of bulk SMS and draw an effective case as a vivid example: a competent bulk SMS messaging brought to the customer’s store 4% of its subscriber base resulting in several dozens of millions in extra profits.
Sergey Menshikov voiced key aspects of working with the subscriber base: customer data, data acquisition methods, obtaining and storing customer’s consent to bulk messaging. He also covered database relevance, importance of prompt replacement of obsolete data and maintaining contacts with customers. Sergey shared ways of reactivating the database in which the data is partially missing or there are no subscribers’ consents.
Concluding the workshop, Sergey Menshikov offered hands-on tips for database segmentation to raise effectiveness of advertising and service bulk messaging.
